At the Visitor Center, visitors need to present valid identification for the criminal history check. In order to obtain a pass, all visitors will be vetted through the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification Index (NCIC-III) and ALERTS for a criminal history check. Visitors can obtain an Installation Access Pass from the Visitor Center. All visitors ages 18 years and older require an Installation Access Pass to enter Carlisle Barracks. All visitors must have a valid military ID or proceed to the visitor control center for a pass. Guards will conduct a 100% ID check at all gates.
